KII (Key Investor Information) Document Distributor meets the challenges that come with the statutory task of producing and distributing key investor information documents.

Documents are stored centrally - either on our proven Digital Asset Management system or, by introducing a query service based on push/pull technology, on the database where they’re currently held. Once sourced, the documents can be delivered either electronically or printed. You can use our print-on-demand service, or we can provide files for your own print supplier.

Functionality can be extended – for example, to send links to documents via email or to populate secure user areas with the relevant information in PDF format. These enhancements further reduce costs and administration while creating a full audit trail from distribution to receipt and acceptance of the document.
